Formerly a great learning environment, Exposure to software and all facets of the business

Cons

Management treats you like a number, there is no trust from management. I felt watched. raises were sparse and bonuses were low or didn't happen while the board acquired other companies.

Horrible upper management, lack of strategic planning for lighting market, constant redirection with who to target, constant hiring/firing, constant incorrect sales reporting, constant confusion, constant miscommunication and constant chaos!
