Low pay No room to move up A lot of people have been there 25+ years and don’t let others help when a huge team is behind them? Outdated system and processes in general Corporate HR is not good at all

Flexible, care about employees, work is not backbreaking, a lot of positions are sit down or you can work in a faster pace job. People are not micro-managed, insurance options, bonus, annual increases. Pay is competitive for the type of work.

Cons

Insurance could be cheaper or cheaper deductibles .
