      Pros

      They offer good health benefits for a price Vacation time is standard they offer personal days for emergencies so you don't get attendance points

      Cons

      The pay is low and they tend to expect a lot. The factory working conditions are poor at best. Most supervisors want to push you but do nothing to help out, they want you to have a good attitude then do nothing but complain about the company

      Hateful Payroll Specialist

      Pros

      Most of the ladies in H.R. are helpful and friendly except the Payroll Specialist. I hate going to see her about any payroll issues and/or questions. She is very demeaning, gossips and comments on the supervisors. Of course, she makes sure that no one is around to hear her when she discusses these individuals.

      Cons

      Outside of this particular individual the rest of the H.R. Department has been very helpful when I have approached them.
