I have been at LSI for 3 years and have been able to participate in many positive changes. We are a strong company that has a vision and a determination to succeed. LSI employees are our number one priority and I feel proud to be part of the LSI team.

Company is growing in spite of poor management.

Cons

Dumps too much work on individual employees. Management unaware of how much work (or lack thereof) any individual employee does. Fires employees at the drop of a hat with no real reason.
