A great place if you like outdated equipment.

If you like making intricate products this might ne good for you.

Cons

They keep and use pressbrakes from the 1980s that are constantly breaking and buggy. The machines I was on half the time didn't store programs because we didn't have the tapes to store them on, or tooling setups because it wasn't possible. I also consistantly had to bend parts that were so convoluted that I couldn't use the physical stops but instead etched them in with a nail to line the blades up. And as a final straw when the welders needed overtime they would come in early, use the good machines, and I'd be stuck using a pressbrake as old and broken as I am.

Great environment and good people, Really laid back and people work together as a team and is quick to give a helping hand.

Cons

Limited on hours 40 max can’t catch some overtime even if you want to, pay should be a bit better in my own personal opinion, and other fellow co-workers agree
