Exterior site lights are usually always specified on the majority of exterior automotive, gas station projects which helps company tremendously. Product is also pretty decently contructed and performs well.

Cons

Upper management is full of non-lighting personnel who have never spent time in the Lighting industry: no BS. So they just want to believe themselves and listen to their bloated egos vs actually listen to the market/channel partners etc. Lack of direction/communication leads to a kill/or be killed co culture so there's high amounts of in-fighting and inner-competition that the end-users eventually see. Not a good place to be long term.
