Good products to sell. Freedom in the field to focus on customers day to day, with limited “busy work” required. 5% 401k match

Cons

The sales reps do not get an annual increase to salary or have a way to increase their salaries through promotions. You can grow your territory, but the baseline raises every year, limiting earning potential. A lot of turn over in the field. Benefits are not on par with larger medical device companies. Two corporate shut downs where you are required to use PTO if you want to get paid. I don’t see this as a benefit because it limits your flexibility with PTO days.
