Unbelievable benefits, beautiful campus, friendly environment, and endless morale boosters. I have never seen a company invest anything close to LSI for employees morale and wellness. The atmosphere is extremely positive and management is very encouraging.

Cons

None to speak of, I feel that LSI goes to great lengths to take care of their employees.
