The company is very generous when it comes to their employees. Every week we get free fresh fruits and veggies, every other week we get pastries and so much more. I love that they organize multiple fun events every year for their employees, it makes working here so much more fun! The work-life balance here is definitely great as well. Having week ends off and multiple paid holidays on top of your PTO will never have anyone feeling burnt out. I just love the overall environment, LSI is a great community.

Cons

I can't think of anything right now. I've only had positive experiences so far.
