Pros

There are not many positive things to say about working at LSI. There are hard working people trying to do a good job to build products that help patients. Unfortunately, the pros do not overcome the cons.

Cons

Verbal abuse from leader. Poor communications. Priorities would change almost daily. Business decisions were erratic. Leader would rant that no one but him works hard enough. People’s jobs were constantly threatened. Time off is provided, using it is strongly discouraged. Words cannot adequately describe what an unpleasant organization LSI was to work for. Unless you are in desperate need of a job, stay far away from LSI.

Pros

Solid pay and benefits such as covering the cost of health insurance. Nice facilities and equipment.

Cons

Bad work culture. The owner makes final decisions and often makes poor decisions. Lack of accountability with upper management. A lot of turnover. Employees lack input into important process. Little flexibility even in a pandemic (lacks wfh). Upward mobility for a "yes-man." Products are simple and uninspiring. Work-life balance varies drastically person to person.
