Pros

Amazing retirement program and unparalleled vacation (you can get up to 4 weeks your 1st year). Very modern Java development practices. Smart co-workers. The Director of Java is an excellent manager.

Cons

They are still a COBOL shop. There are only 2 Java developers, 2 PHP developers, and 1 Java manager. For the most part, everyone else is either COBOL or Lotus Notes. Senior Management is unpredictable, scared of change, and seems to take "the customer's always right" a little too far.
