Beautiful office building business complex. HR department is wonderful and supportive and caring.

Cons

Bullying was present by upper employees and nothing was done to fix the issue. Once you realize not all jobs are like this, you will leave as soon as possible. Very toxic work environment. Attitude given by others. Not supportive work environment and favorites are played. There was no guidance given and a lot of guessing. If you ask they will tell you to figure it out. Once you think you have it figured out, of course they reprimand you for doing it wrong and they do not let the smallest things go here. Beware of you make a simple mistake, even if this is your first time.

Laid back atmosphere, people are friendly.

Cons

No opportunities for career advancement, your salary upon career hire will remain the same until you have to apply for your promotion, which will be a public job posting. And promotion is not based upon job performance, but completely controlled by HR. Salaries are much less than in the private sector, and there is a lazy, hands off approach to confrontation of any kind.
