      Pros

      Leadership stands by its core values. HR truly promotes Fun and Harmony and never stops finding ways to improve employee relations. Permanent work from home. Management is always open to listening to our recommendations and is very honest if it is something that they are not able to do but explains why. We are growing and they always ask for our opinion on anything we can improve on to make sure that we are able to provide a better environment and culture for all the staff.

      Cons

      I have been with LTVplus for almost 2 years and to date I have could not think of any Cons.

      Pros

      Lots of fun engagement activities, a multicultural environment, very respectful and fun coworkers, 100% remote work, a thoughtful boss, and a great team of coworkers, 30 PTOs per year, 5 sick leaves per year, and quarterly gifts for high performance.

      Cons

      No health insurance or similar benefits.

      Provides interaction not only to your department but to all individuals included in the company. Respects culture, tradition and ethnicity as we have diverse employees. Higher Management have a commitment to improve in giving more to the workers while increasing the profitability of the company.

      Cons

      Health Benefits can only be received after one year of service.
