Leadership is a mess—clueless, self-serving, and totally disconnected from reality. If you're not part of their inner circle, you're disposable. There's zero real leadership—just empty titles and people pretending to know what they're doing. Upper management is all talk. They love to claim expertise but disappear when it’s time to show results. No proof, no presence, no backbone—just inflated egos hiding behind flashy words. They pay the bare minimum to frontline workers, so don’t expect quality. When you underpay talent, you get chaos—and it shows. Money isn’t the issue—it’s where it goes. And it’s definitely not going to the people doing the actual work. It’s hoarded at the top by those who contribute the least.
