Change of management caused people to lose their jobs and personally, I was let go and it was done in such an inhumane way. Some of these new leaders have no empathy! So now they let me go and some other people in the team to keep cheaper talent from the Philippines yet in that same department people are resigning due to the toxic culture.
Why are you calling yourself a global company? Say you want to keep this company a Philipino company and call it so. I was disgruntled to be let go when I was one of the top-performing people in that team. Getting rewarded every other quarter for my work and great work achievements with limited resources and unrealistic client deadlines. Hiring managers facing stress due to unrealistic client deadlines are quick to call for disciplinary cases for you then after reflecting, say that you should not get punished for delay but it too late and that gets you fired to keep her happy and keep her in the LTVplus team because she is one of the top hiring managers and handling several clients then call it a business decision and still end up hiring more people in the team.
Your basis for firing me was personal because it has never made sense to anyone in the team up to now. If I was a poor performer, I would have understood but this is wrong!!!
