      Pros

      Transparency - LVT has been very transparent with their quarterly and yearly results. The executive team has done a great job communicating their vision and OKRs for the company. Culture - I have never worked at a place with a stronger culture and brand. Improving - The executive team really takes the feedback we give them and implements programs and plans to make LVT a better place to work!

      Pros

      Great product market fit. We're solving real problems for our customers. There has been significant improvement in the CS org over the past few years to help us mature our motion. The team is great, with individuals who want to win and who are willing to jump in and help out where needed.

      Cons

      Like a lot of high-growth companies, LVT added revenue quickly, and processes are trying to keep up. It feels like we're trying to solve the same problems we've been working on for the past few years.
