-"Bro culture", but clicky white LDS edition -Lack of work-life balance -All the problems that come with being a "start-up" -Bonus structure, despite meaning well, is guided by you and your supervisor, as well as the company metrics. Just make sure you get along with your supervisor and fit in if you expect to meet it.
