Pros

Overall a great culture that starts at the top with the founders of the company. LVT is a real success story and is continuing to grow by leaps and bounds. The founders that started the company in a garage are still running it 15+ years later. It is truly an inspirational story.

Cons

Like EVERY company I have worked for, there are a few co-workers and middle managers that you wish you could avoid. A few bad team/project management approaches have been tried through the years but they have mostly faded out.

The freedom I have within my job is nice. Can’t go wrong with quarterly bonuses!

Cons

Some of the managers in other departments think they know best and act like a high school bully. Pay is decent. Recognition is always given to the person that slacks off the most which is very frustrating.
