      Great culture and people, hard to get a raise

      Pros

      LVT has built itself on a great culture. Even as it has grown rapidly it has been careful to hire people who fit the company's culture of doing right and being part of the crew. My coworkers here have been some of my favorite.

      Cons

      You have to fight tooth and nail to get a raise. Instead of you manager getting a budget and allocating as appropriate, they have to submit you to a committee who decides if you are eligible for a raise.

      The product we are working with is awesome and is needed for a lot of businesses. Product support coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management is not that great. Feel like there is definitely a favorite group of support. Network support gets weekly one on ones and the rest of product support feels lucky to even say hi to management sometimes

      Everyone is an owner with huge opportunities for personal growth. They hire excellent people. I learn from really smart coworkers every day.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Many examples of people wearing a lot of hats across the organization. This gets better every week as one job turns into two at different places in the organization. Please apply and help fill the many needs of the organization.
