- Great people - Down to earth management & leadership who genuinely care about employees - Great flexibility & work/life balance - Great pay & benefits

Cons

The recent improvement in priority stability is clear and appreciated. That said, we still need to address the impact of late-stage priority adjustments. When projects are 85% finished and then shelved due to a shift, it's a significant drain on efficiency and morale.
