Big customers. Benefits are improving. Stocked break rooms Leadership headed in the right direction.

Cons

COO is the biggest con, but the new president can already see through him and took most of his direct reports! Sweet relief around the corner. He hasn't done any of the things he oversees before and it shows. No idea how to run a product team. We have lost a lot of good people in the last year. How much money have we wasted? He was just a consultant before this.
