      LVT is an awesome company with lots of good leadership and the IT team is fantastic. Genuinely if you can work hard, work here.

      Company chosen health insurance. Angle is terrible.

      Pros

      This company is great. Growth is off the charts, stable company with a lot of opportunity to continually expand. Good work/life balance. I am continually pushed for growth within my department as well as in personal aspects.

      Cons

      No major complaints honestly. Cross functional communication could be better, though is understood to a degree because of separate work areas.
