1. Founders and management can lack sympathy for individual contributors because it was so much harder for them starting out. 2. It's unfortunately starting to lose some of the bootstrap culture and comradery now that it's growing so big and having so many employees joining. Necessary because we're so big now, just a little sad to see some of that starting to fade. 3. Now that we're getting so big and hiring some many people it definitely seems like the higher positions are requiring a lot more experience, meaning that the more time goes by it gets harder and harder to move up in the sales organization quicker.

Communication Challenges: With a fast-paced work environment and multiple teams working on different projects, communication can sometimes become a challenge. Ensuring effective communication across teams and departments is crucial to maintain smooth workflows.
