Earlier in my life I bounced around from job to job. I never really felt fulfilled. I was a machine just going through the motions. Either my boss was a jerk, or some employee had it out for me. Here at LVT its different. It's hard to explain... But the easiest way to put it is that we are the closest thing to "Family" out there. Each person genuinely cares about your day to day. Everyone is happy to help and cooperation comes easy. Not a hard fought request. I truly couldn't be happier and I plan to retire from LVT.

A little more structure on all departments contributing equally.
