Fantastic product, great culture, good benefits, stock options for all employees, competitive wages and salaries, super fun co-workers, great leadership team, fun work environment, company cares about it's team members, rapid growth, amazing start-up energy, overall wonderful place to work

Cons

not many, no 401k with a match but I hear it is coming, some lack of clarity on success metrics, starting to feel some micro movements to operational micro management

Pros

We have an awesome Start-Up like atmosphere. Our growth is outstanding which is a blessing and a curse. Everyday it seems like we are in a place we've never been before as a company so there is never a dull moment. Benefits are good and the equity program is a huge bonus.

Cons

The only con really is how fast we are growing. It's proven challenging to find good people to fill all the positions we have open.
