      Pros

      Every once in a while, things would change a bit.

      Cons

      Your experience may vary, but when I was working here they always wanted you to go faster and faster and faster. You burn out. You can only work so hard all the time, and they'd even encourage you to come in and work on Saturdays sometimes. Also, pretty much no room for growth. It's a job, not a career.

      Fast-paced, rewarding cradle-to-grave projects, flexible schedule, opportunities to make a real difference in the company

      Cons

      Communication isn't the greatest. Poor communication often leads to projects having harsher timelines than is necessary and needing to rework things because expectations and specifications were not properly communicated in the first place.

      Pros

      Most people are super friendly. Lots of open communication and transparency in the direction of projects and initiatives. A somewhat diverse group of employees. Women seem well represented. Onboarding was painless and I was well taken care of. Coronavirus sensitive and cautionary. Neat products.

      Cons

      An air of caution when trying new things that are objectively better. Pseudo-freedom in choosing technology stacks. A few key stakeholders have somewhat abrasive personalities. Very long workdays for an engineering position. Not a lot of benefits beyond healthcare. A mandatory drug test on-hire that seems over the top, invasive and unnecessary.
