Pros
It is very cool to be involved in such an innovative, fast growing company. There is a lot of low hanging fruit at Live View. Opportunities to make real improvements to how the company operates. I see this as a huge "Pro" if your willing to pour yourself into the work and help build a great organization. LVT is set up for success and really values employees that are looking to contribute. The executive team works hard but is really in touch with their employees. They are easy to work with and take suggestions really well.
Cons
As with many young companies, the facilities could use an upgrade. LVT is on the cusp of big things and I trust the small things can be fixed as it we expand and grow. I know management is working on the benefit package and I think that will all get worked out to everyone's benefit.
