Pros

LiveView is a fast growing company, because of that they will very frequently make promises that they not only won’t come through on but will actually deny ever making those promises. They will promote good hard workers but rarely give them appropriate raises. Management will make it very uncomfortable to even raise concerns or voice opinions.

Cons

Terrible management, Poor communication. Very little support. Management will make bold claims that they will take care of their employees, that they want it to feel like family. It doesn’t take more than a few weeks of working there to realize these are complete opposites of the reality.

The product makes a difference in communities, customers love the brand.

Cons

The corporate/HQ culture is insanely political, toxic, and full of "yes-men". Layers upon layers of middle management and people who think they should be the decision makers. The founders are great people but they do not know how to scale a company to the heights they want for LVT. They continue to bring in VERY poor leaders across the board in hopes of a lucrative exit. They are like a moth to the flame when it comes to hiring based on where someone got their MBA or big names on their resume vs. their ability to lead and perform. They pay the actual value-creators very poorly and bring in terrible leadership and pay them a fortune and wonder why they aren't seeing results.
