      Amazing Product, Sales Leadership Is A Mess

      Pros

      The product/market fit is undeniable. It's amazing the company has grown as much as it has considering what a mess it is internally. There are still really good people that care to keep the culture that it used to be.

      Cons

      The prior head of GTM just left to make way for the new CRO. He is extremely cancerous and doesn't build any confidence, but rather diminishes people constantly and is just a jerk.

      Pros

      Nice company, sometimes have snacks

      Cons

      They never give raises. I'm a top employee but they keep brushing me off. They also don't let us work from home even though it's 100% possible. There is no need to be in office.

      The product is great and the people that work at LVT are great.

      Cons

      The new CRO has made the sales floor toxic and not a fun place to work. The changes he has made are good in my opinion, but they are table stakes within tech sales now a days. The way he treats people makes me not want to interact with him. The commission is very low here as well. They have changed the commission structure several times over the last 12 months and it isn't improving for the sales reps.
