      Pros

      LiveView is a fast growing company, because of that they will very frequently make promises that they not only won’t come through on but will actually deny ever making those promises. They will promote good hard workers but rarely give them appropriate raises. Management will make it very uncomfortable to even raise concerns or voice opinions.

      Cons

      Terrible management, Poor communication. Very little support. Management will make bold claims that they will take care of their employees, that they want it to feel like family. It doesn’t take more than a few weeks of working there to realize these are complete opposites of the reality.

      Pros

      It is very cool to be involved in such an innovative, fast growing company. There is a lot of low hanging fruit at Live View. Opportunities to make real improvements to how the company operates. I see this as a huge "Pro" if your willing to pour yourself into the work and help build a great organization. LVT is set up for success and really values employees that are looking to contribute. The executive team works hard but is really in touch with their employees. They are easy to work with and take suggestions really well.

      Cons

      As with many young companies, the facilities could use an upgrade. LVT is on the cusp of big things and I trust the small things can be fixed as it we expand and grow. I know management is working on the benefit package and I think that will all get worked out to everyone's benefit.

      Pros

      It pays the bills. The product is decent. Things here could be way better than they are. Much room for improvement.

      Cons

      Crappy health benefits, no 401k, ect. Basically crappy to no benefits. Work space is subpar. Break room smells aweful all the time. Everything is always dirty. People are unprofessional. Pay is below the national average.
