Pros

The kids are some amazing kiddos who have lots of love to give.

Cons

Management is atrocious. All they care about is money, numbers and couldn't give less of a crap about the employees or students. If you have a legit concern and go to them, they will laugh in your face (and behind your back) and tell you to get over it. There is NO support, even if it is begged for by the employees. You are overworked and under appreciated here. The people running the place act worse than the children at times by talking about employees behind their backs with other employees, talking smack about all the parents and genuinely not caring about the children. Like I said to them, it's all money and numbers. This place will tear you down emotionally and it's not because of the kids but the adults who run it.

Pros

The 45% childcare discount was decent.

Cons

From day one they kept screwing me over. I was offered an infant position, they moved me to Toddlers within a month. Family member died, was verbally offered bereavement and took it, and 2 weeks later it wasn't in my check. When asked why was told I didn't qualify. Was promised $500 sign on bonus. I started September 2017. Have yet to see a penny. I just quit last month due to this and more. Often worked 10-11 hours with one 30 min break (some days no break, rarely whole hour break). Favoritism ran rampant. New employees who were friends or relatives got hours they wanted, got food bought for them, paid breaks regularly. It didn't matter if you had an appointment, because you could never get out on your schedule.
