The job is rewarding. If you love children, you will enjoy the job

Cons

It is absolutely too much work for what they pay. The entry pay id 8.50 unless you have a degree. Then they give you an extra dollar. The parents can be rude, and it feels like you're pulled in every direction to get the facility closed at the end of the night. The schedule was not consistent either.

Pros

As long as you don't screw up too big,you will keep your job. Lots of chance for overtime. They reimburse you for supplies.

Cons

Too much staff turnover. I would have people leave for lunch and never come back. The corporate office is not in touch with what goes on in the centers. They would constantly demand more enrollment even though there wasn't the staff or the room. Pretty much no advancement. Whatever you get hired to do is what you will always do.
