Business Outlook

Pros

Good pay, great benefits, free medical clinic for employees and family, amazing people. Executives and upper management are approachable and seem to genuinely care about their staff.

Cons

If I had to pick a con I would say PTO. The PTO is fair but not competitive, a few more days or the ability to carry more over would be nice. But this isn’t a deal breaker, the pros definitely out weigh this one minor con.
