      Pros

      Opportunity for advancement Pay Benefits The People You are expected to do your job! That being said, this company is VERY loyal to all staff that is willing to work hard, show up every day, support their co workers and serve their customers. I personally saw many employees advance from entry level warehouse and transportation to management positions. There are MANY opportunities for advancement. Don’t believe the negative reviews from disgruntled ex-employees.

      The hours can be long for office staff, warehouse and drivers-but this is only during the fall months.

      Pros

      Competitive salaries, weekly pay, no layoffs, management encourages and welcomes employee feedback, continuous work throughout the pandemic. CEO is the BEST!

      Limited career growth with no clear path for promotions.

      Pros

      I've worked for Labatt for many years. I can't imagine working anywhere else. We are paid weekly and the pay and benefits are good. The people are fantastic. We are like family and we work together to provide the best for our customers. We have quarterly volunteer events, company picnics and truck roadeos. In all the years I've been here, we've never had a layoff, not even during covid. They same cannot be said for any of our competitors. I love that we are a family business and that the owner is in it for the right reasons. It's all about being an asset to all stakeholders and to the community.
