      Pros

      This is a business of quality and believes in quality. Very technology driven and talented. A privately held family business built by family who believes in family, this is the place to be. The company works in teams and is great in accomplishing goals quickly. Coworkers and hires are very smart people and great to work with.

      Cons

      I am sure there is somethings out there that you can really pick apart if you dig deep enough, but why dwell on the negatives, they are overcome by all of the pros. I like working, so I love my job, my company, and supporting my family.

      --Labatt is traditional, yet continuously works on improving (processes, procedures, training, etc) to stay the best in people, products, and services -- A lot of really smart, hard-working, and helpful co-workers, but everyone is expected to carry their own weight and contribute -- Jobs are challenging (never boring) and everyone's contributions are important (and starting to get recognized more) -- Pay is rewarding for those who prove themselves (productive, efficient, etc) -- Get vacation days upfront instead of accrued

      Cons

      -- Holiday and vacation days are limited, but management can be flexible with family needs. -- Starting pay isn't always competitive but it quickly increases when you do great work

      Decent money. Employees are cool.

      Cons

      Knowing their short handed management doesn't step in when they are required to. Management worries about management not employees. Can be in management within a yr thats not fair. Majority of employees do drugs.
