Lots of hours, no set schedule, and pay is complicated

Pros

Management was kind and encouraging. They seem like they truly want to help, despite not always having the ability to help.

Cons

Inconsistent pay, no set schedule, and too many hours. The structure of the selecting position is messed up. The incentive pay is nice but their needs to be a more clear hourly pay to avoid confusion and frustration.

The base pay is fairly good

Cons

Awful PTO Not many holidays off Blackout for months (meaning no taking off those months every year) Upper management is a bit of a mess… no clear direction in where they are trying to take the company, no clear goals, no clear values, etc. There’s clear favoritism throughout the company- favorites receive different treatment and much more flexibility

It paid ok for San Antonio.

Cons

Too many things. Better jobs out there with a better culture, better management, and respect. This job is for straight out of college kids type of job. High turnover rate. As soon as you have your own opinion you will probably be fired. Gotta drink the Koolaid to work here.
