Excellent medical benefits & on site Clinic for all employees at Corporate office.

Cons

Pay is not the best. They go according to the “pay scale” for your job title. Raises are only 3% which is nothing. A Degree is required in order to switch positions. Equivalent experience doesn’t count.

The salary is great. Mid- entry level employees are wonderful team members. Good place to learn more about the food industry. Very few days you will need to take work home with you.

Cons

Upper management delegates many of their duties to others. It is very hard to get a straight answer from leaders. They change their minds often. Very few sick days and you have no vacation days allotted to you your first year, though your manager can make some exceptions. Overall, the biggest con is an old school work environment with a negative atmosphere that trickles down from the top.
