      Great place to begin a CDL career

      Pros

      -Fair pay -Great training -Welcoming management who is always willing to help. -New trucks that are well maintained. -Good health insurance -They pay for your dolly and uniforms, and help pay for boots every year. -Hours vary but aren't bad. Especially since you're getting paid to get your CDL. I work between 7-10 hrs.

      Cons

      -No vacation for the first year. After one year, you will get 5 days.. after 2 years, you will receive 10 days.

      Pros

      The company is ethical and cares about the customers. They want to provide the best services to their customers. The pay is decent and they hire recent grads. It's a good first start but if you stay there to long you will become stagnant.

      Cons

      Vacation is not so good. No vacation the first year. Only some holidays and sick days. The company is old school and they are not open to a lot of changes and improvements. They don't seem to challenge the employees that much the job became repetitive and there was nothing new to learn. I did not feel engaged.
