Decent money. Employees are cool.

Cons

Knowing their short handed management doesn't step in when they are required to. Management worries about management not employees. Can be in management within a yr thats not fair. Majority of employees do drugs.

Close knit company with opportunities to learn from different departments. Job security is the norm if you are willing to not reinvent the wheel. I was able to watch movies all day. Chick's are hot.

Cons

Frustrated at times with unpredictability and lack of readiness. Tendency to feel under appreciated.
