Pros

Peoplecare staff is helpful when asking questions

Cons

Difficult working with Labcorp applications while at Ascension facility. Benefits are more expensive, PTO policy is worse than Ascension. Unable to post positions for hire. Added duties with inventory and ordering fell onto lab staff. Courier transition has been bad. Seem very disconnected from HR and IT, difficult getting guidance. Lost pay programs for extra shifts. Feels like Labcorp does not understand the challenges with running hospital based labs. Overall, my job is more difficult and has more barriers since we joined Labcorp.
