A lot of different departments, you gain a wide breadth of knowledge and experience. Decent amount of PTO; however, you're too busy working to use it.

Cons

Fast-paced high-stress work environment (within operations) with little to no reward or incentive. Most employees leave after the first 1.5-2yrs (if they make it that long). Corporate is focused on bottom-line and even facility directors have no say in what corporate deems necessary. Do more work with less people type mentality. There's a huge focus on bringing new people in but, not on high value senior employees which leads to large attrition. Demanding work schedule, it's a facility that runs 24/7/365.
