Pros
A great group of guys out on the production floor, hard workers.
Cons
The communication skills of the upper management from what was going on in the offices to the production floor was almost non existent. Many times one shift would need to work longer while the other didn't need to come in, and no notice was given to either shift. The work schedule was never set the same, so having a life outside of work was hard to do. Coming in to work only to find out that the shift that day wont start for another two hours with no warning was not unheard of. They only hire from a temp agency because they have such a hard time keeping staff.
