      Pros

      Co-workers are nice, but many are unhappy and looking for new jobs. The industry is interesting. Health insurance is good.

      Cons

      Very stressful. Understaffed to the detriment of the company and employees. Constant turnover. Some lifers who do nothing are kept on while others, who are great employees, are tossed to the curb. No loyalty to employees. Lack of competent management. Double standard for Americans versus the French and Buffalo versus NYC employees. Zero work-life balance. No appreciation for employees. Micromanagement.

      Pros

      Not really much expect there was a few good people, the company is located in western New York and you can get cheese at a discounted price.

      Cons

      WORST upper management ever! They are hostile, not grateful for anything that you do, love to set up email traps and love to screw over their co workers. They are power control freaks who don't let lower level management do what they are suppose to do and don't think employees have a life outside of work. All they care about is the price and that leads to some poor decisions made on the supply side and this has chased away some vendors. This makes the work environment there one of the most negative and toxic work places to work in. HR is also in their pockets so don't go whining to them or you will likely get axed. There is too much politics going on there.
