IT not really a thought in most management when considering projects or acquisitions then expect to get everything completed the last second. short staffed even with a aggressive acquisition strategy. Budget dictated by parent office in france.

Pay and with in 5 miles of my house.

Cons

Make you work 60 hr work weeks or less then 40 hr work week. When convenient for them. Make you switch back-and forth night and day 12 hr shifts. When convenient for them.
