International company with great resources and lots of opportunities if you are an engaged and dedicated individual. Belmont facility recently increased hourly pay rates to be more competitive. Great benefits package for healthcare, dental & vison.

Cons

This is specific to Belmont location, Nampa ID, Buffalo NY & other locations may be different. Poorly managed. Profit is more important than the quality of product made or work environment/ treatment of employees. There are many employees providing low quality work without consequence because supervisors/managers are afraid to be short on people and do not want to properly train and enforce standards. Employee safety is not a priority. This is discouraging to employees who want to do things correctly and creates a bad work culture. The only way to get a raise or improve your position is to threaten to quit. HR is a nightmare although the current HR manager has greatly improved the situation in the short time he has been there.

Everything else. HR Dept, in particular, was the worst I've ever had experience with. Each member a Prima Donna.
