      Wide range of projects, processes, and final products, makes the job interesting. Great benefits: 401k especially, and bonuses. Great coworkers. Easy commute. Good place to develop new skills: project management, process, packaging, utility, building, etc.

      Procurement process. Offices are dated. No unity in software systems.

      Decent pay Friendly supervisors Opportunities to move up

      Cons

      Machines keep breaking down/ means more hours Management/supervisors don’t seem to help make the shifts run smooth especially when everything is going wrong. For ex: machine breaks and cheese is coming out and falling and they will walk around but don’t put forth any time of action to stop it and expect GLs to do it when they’re busy doing something else already.
