Great slavery pay, great benefits free turkey and ham on holidays

Cons

Maintenance fixes machines with type and never has parts.16 hour days if a employer calls in or a temp does not show up or supervisor forgets to order one,schedule changes constantly,overload of product where machine can't handle the quantity being pushed out at the speeds,understaffed,group leaders are union rep and don't fight for employees paying dues,don't fallow the union contract rules,laziness is a must.i just walked in today grabbed my tools and left

It was a very fun working environment. Everyone is great the work is fun and distracting. People are funny and sometimes get carried away talking. 🙂

Cons

The hours are what doesn’t work for me. Knowing what time you go in and sometimes the schedule changes and you start later but you don’t ever know what time you will be off. It all depends on when the cheese is all gone.
