Lack of trust from management - top management doesn't accept ideas other than theirs - a lot of decisions have been made by them that led this company to disaster/dangerous situations in some departments... High stress environment, no positive feedback even after long hours and weekends spent at the plant to get extra work done. Personal life needs to be put on hold for the plant. Unrealistic expectations (if the last 5 managers of a department did not reach these expectations then start wondering why instead of assuming it is due to laziness).
