- Big Organization - Set Higher Standards - Opportunity to Learn

Cons

- French Management with no respect to locals - Work Culture is very discouraging - I felt like - "No News Good News" scenario, where the management will only get interest to talk to you when you do something wrong and do not care to appreciate your hard work.

The work day ends at 4:30 in the corporate offices!

Cons

French ownership and HR are extremely arrogant, unethical, immoral, unprofessional, corrupt and incompetent. If you lack integrity, ethics and are willing to sell your soul, then you are just what the French are looking for. If you are honest and ethical please look somewhere else to work. ABUSIVE MANAGEMENT AND HIGH TURNOVER.

Treated like a human being and management continues to improve and impress communication is also improving between management supervisors and employees

Cons

In old department the way things were handled by higher ups made work environment very frustrating and difficult to deal with everyday
