We have had employees assaulted by managers and HR was told about it and nothing is being done. We have had hostile work environments for the past 5 years with how supervisors talk down to employees. Once again, everyone in the department was asked about it but nothing was done in HR. I wouldn’t trust anything HR tells you. They are not on your side. It’s so bad, people want to run into managers and supervisors outside of work and handle things themselves because HR will not do anything about it. So if you want to be assaulted by your manager or talked down to by your supervisor. Apply here.

This is specific to Belmont location, Nampa ID, Buffalo NY & other locations may be different. Poorly managed. Profit is more important than the quality of product made or work environment/ treatment of employees. There are many employees providing low quality work without consequence because supervisors/managers are afraid to be short on people and do not want to properly train and enforce standards. Employee safety is not a priority. This is discouraging to employees who want to do things correctly and creates a bad work culture. The only way to get a raise or improve your position is to threaten to quit. HR is a nightmare although the current HR manager has greatly improved the situation in the short time he has been there.
